Sparkcn Labs (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides Wicked Wars and this website. This Privacy Policy explains the information processed in connection with the game and related services (the “Services”), why it is used, and the choices available to you.

1. Information we process
The information processed depends on your platform, the features you use, and your privacy choices. It may include:
- Account and authentication information: a player or account identifier, authentication provider identifiers, sign-in tokens, and information made available by a sign-in method you choose. Guest play may also create an account identifier.
- Game and device information: game progress, inventory, gameplay events, device or installation identifiers, app version, operating system, language, and technical information needed to operate the game.
- Diagnostics and usage information: crash reports, error logs, performance information, and events used to understand how the game works and improve reliability.
- Advertising information: ad interactions, reward events, advertising or device identifiers where permitted, approximate location inferred from an IP address, and privacy or consent preferences processed by advertising services.
- Support communications: your email address and any information you choose to include when you contact us.
- Website request information: an IP address, browser information, requested URLs, and security or delivery logs processed by our hosting provider when you visit this site.
If purchases are offered, the app store or payment provider handles payment details under its own privacy policy. We may receive transaction confirmations or entitlement information needed to provide purchased content.
2. How we use information
We use information to authenticate players, maintain game progress and accounts, provide gameplay features and rewards, respond to support requests, diagnose crashes, improve the Services, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
Where advertising is enabled, advertising providers use information to deliver, measure, and protect ads, and to personalize them where permitted by your choices and applicable law.
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of our agreement with you to provide requested Services; legitimate interests such as reliability, security, and preventing fraud where those interests are not overridden by your rights; compliance with legal obligations; and consent where required, including for certain advertising or device access. You may withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
3. Service providers and disclosures
We use third-party services to operate the Services. Depending on the platform and enabled features, these include:
- Google Firebase: authentication, analytics, and crash diagnostics through Firebase Authentication, Google Analytics for Firebase, and Firebase Crashlytics. Read Firebase’s privacy information and Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Google AdMob and its advertising partners: ad delivery, measurement, reward verification, and consent management where ads are enabled. Read how Google uses information from apps and sites and Google’s advertising information.
- Cloudflare: website hosting, game backend infrastructure, network delivery, and security. Read Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
- App stores and platform providers: distribution, sign-in, or purchases where you use those features, under the relevant provider’s policies.
Providers may process information on our behalf or for their own purposes as explained in their policies. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the Services, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable safeguards and notice requirements.
4. Advertising, consent, and website storage
The game may display rewarded or other advertisements. Where required, we request consent or present privacy choices before enabling relevant advertising processing. On supported devices, operating system controls can also limit tracking or reset or delete an advertising identifier. Declining tracking permission does not necessarily remove advertisements.
Where a privacy-options control is available in the game, you can use it to revisit advertising choices. You can also contact us for help understanding the options available for your platform. Advertising disclosures and choices may vary by region and provider.
This legal website does not include advertising or analytics scripts, and its pages do not set application cookies or use browser local storage. Cloudflare may process request information and use security mechanisms as needed to deliver and protect the site.
5. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing your account, resolving support issues, protecting the Services, and complying with legal obligations. Retention varies by information type and provider. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it according to applicable requirements and available provider controls.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending passwords, authentication tokens, or unnecessary sensitive information in support messages.
6. International processing
We and our providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Privacy laws in those countries may differ. Where required, transfers are supported by appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or another legally recognized transfer mechanism. Contact us to ask about safeguards relevant to your information.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information; object to or restrict processing; withdraw consent; or appeal a decision on a privacy request. Some jurisdictions also provide rights to opt out of certain targeted advertising, sales, or sharing of personal information, as those terms are defined by local law. Advertising processing may fall within these definitions depending on the provider and configuration.
To exercise an applicable right, email sparkcn@proton.me with your request and, if available, your player identifier. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you. Do not send your password or sign-in token. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and explain any applicable exceptions.
You can request deletion of your game account and associated personal information through the same email address. Deleting the app alone does not necessarily delete server-side account information. Some information may need to be retained for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes. Deletion can result in permanent loss of progress and virtual items.
You may also raise a concern with the data protection authority responsible for your location. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
8. Children’s privacy
The Services are not intended for children under 13, or the higher minimum age required by applicable local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below that age. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information, contact sparkcn@proton.me so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy as the Services or legal requirements change. The date at the top indicates the latest revision. We will provide additional notice or request consent for material changes where required by applicable law.
