These Terms of Service govern your access to Wicked Wars, its related services, and this website (together, the “Services”), provided by Sparkcn Labs (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Services.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age required in your location, to use the Services. If you have not reached the age of legal adulthood, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf. You must also comply with the requirements of the app store or platform through which you access the game.
2. Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your account and device secure. Provide accurate information when requested, and contact us if you believe your account has been used without authorization.
Guest progress may be tied to a device or installation. Uninstalling the game, changing devices, or losing access to a linked account may affect your ability to recover progress. Do not sell, transfer, or share accounts in a way that compromises the Services or violates these Terms.
3. Permission to play
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and applicable platform rules.
The game, artwork, characters, software, text, music, trademarks, and other content are owned by Sparkcn Labs or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of that content to you. Any rights available to you under mandatory law remain unaffected.
4. Fair play and prohibited conduct
When using the Services, you must not:
- Cheat, use unauthorized automation, exploit bugs, or manipulate game results or rewards.
- Access another person’s account or attempt to bypass authentication, security, or access controls.
- Disrupt the Services, distribute malicious software, or interfere with other players.
- Harass, threaten, impersonate, or otherwise abuse another person.
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or use the Services for unlawful purposes.
- Reverse engineer or modify the Services except where applicable law expressly permits it.

5. Virtual items, purchases, and advertising
The Services may offer virtual currency, virtual items, optional purchases, or advertising, including rewarded advertisements. Virtual items are licensed for use within the game, have no real-world monetary value, and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred outside the Services unless we expressly allow it.
Where purchases are available, the relevant app store or payment provider processes payment under its own terms. Prices and applicable charges are shown before purchase. Refund requests are handled under the applicable platform’s policies and mandatory consumer law. Nothing in these Terms limits refund or withdrawal rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Rewards for optional advertisements depend on completion and verification by the advertising provider. Ad availability and delivery may vary. Game balance, features, and virtual items may change as the Services develop, subject to applicable law and any commitments made at purchase.
6. Updates and availability
We may update the game, adjust gameplay, fix errors, or perform maintenance. Some features may require an internet connection, a compatible device, or the latest version. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability, or that every feature will remain available indefinitely.
If we discontinue a material paid service, we will provide any notice or remedy required by applicable law.
7. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. To request deletion of account information, contact sparkcn@proton.me, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a breach of these Terms, fraud, security risks, harm to others, or legal requirements. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to contact us about the decision. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without additional warranties beyond those required by law. We do not guarantee that the Services will meet every expectation or operate without interruptions.
To the extent permitted by law, Sparkcn Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your statutory consumer rights continue to apply.
9. Changes and disputes
We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in the Services or legal requirements. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. We will provide additional notice of material changes where required by law, and seek acceptance where required.
For a concern or dispute, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. These Terms do not remove any mandatory protections, remedies, or rights to bring a claim before a competent court in your place of residence.
